Irene Lee

Irene is a Senior Immigration Attorney at McEntee Law Group. With over a decade of experience in employment and family-based immigration matters, Irene has expertise in helping startups to Fortune 500 companies secure talent while also guiding individuals through all phases of the immigration process, from the first day of arrival in the U.S. to securing permanent residency. Irene advises clients on a wide spectrum of nonimmigrant visa matters including the H-1B, O-1, F-1, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1 categories as well as immigrant visa pathways via the PERM labor certification, I-140 immigrant petition, and the Adjustment of Status processes. She earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University, her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, and is an active member of the California Bar and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
