As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Jannette has a deep-rooted passion for immigration law and has dedicated her legal career to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.

Jannette has represented a diverse range of clients— from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals. Her experience spans across industries and visa types, focused primarily on employment-based visa and green card matters. More than just a legal advisor, Jannette is a trusted strategic partner to her clients, assisting in the development of immigration programs that focus on the company’s broader talent and business goals, while prioritizing compliance and risk management. Her collaborative approach ensures that clients feel confident and supported at every stage of the immigration journey.

Prior to joining McEntee Law Group, Jannette worked as a Senior Attorney at a large global immigration law firm where she managed several high-volume nonimmigrant and immigrant visa portfolios, guided PERM and green card processes, and advised on compliance and policy development. Jannette earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and Illinois and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. When she is not practicing law, Jannette enjoys spending time with her family, reading and baking.
