Jamie Bailey
Jamie holds a deep respect for the enduring contributions of immigrants to the United States and has dedicated her entire legal career to the practice of immigration law.
Before joining McEntee Law Group, Jamie worked as an attorney with the Office of the Chief Counsel for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),where she focused on employment-based immigration. Jamie holds particular expertise in first preference employment-based petitions (EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C) and second preference national interest waiver petitions (EB-2 NIW). Her practice also includes non-immigrant visas (L-1, O-1), family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and naturalization.
Jamie began her career in immigration law while in law school, working as an Immigration Services Officer with USCIS. After earning her J.D. cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law, she joined the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) as an Attorney Advisor through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. She later practiced at a boutique immigration firm in Dallas.
With over a decade of experience inside federal immigration agencies, Jamie offers clients valuable insight into how the process works from the government’s perspective. Drawing on this background, she develops unique and effective strategies to guide clients through even the most complex cases.
When she is not helping clients navigate the ever-changing immigration system, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and golden doodle. She loves unwinding with a good book, attending yoga class, and creative writing.Jamie speaks conversational Spanish.
