Paulina is an employment-based immigration attorney dedicated to helping extraordinary individuals and growing businesses navigate the U.S. immigration system. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, after receiving bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Polish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Fluent in Polish, Paulina enjoys working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and is committed to making the immigration process approachable through clear communication and practical guidance. With more than eight years of experience in employment-based immigration law, she has represented athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and other highly-skilled professionals in pursuing both temporary and permanent immigration solutions.
Before becoming an Associate Attorney at McEntee Law Group, Paulina spent nearly nine years working with the Firm's Sports, Entertainment, and Business Division, where she oversaw complex employment-based immigration matters from initial consultation through adjudication while collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and quality control. Today, she advises clients on long-term immigration planning and prepares a broad range of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including O-1, P, E-2, L-1, EB-1, and EB-2 cases. Known for her strategic approach, meticulous attention to detail, and client-focused advocacy, Paulina strives to provide personalized legal representation that helps clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of their immigration journey.
